Boys Hostel Only
This is a boys hostel only. Only boys are permitted for stay.
Timely Rent Payment
Rent must be paid on time as per the agreed schedule.
Electricity Charges
Electricity is charged extra as per meter reading. Non-AC rooms are charged at Rs. 9/unit and AC rooms at Rs. 10/unit.
WiFi Charges
WiFi is optional at Rs. 100/month per student.
Property Damage
Any damage to hostel property is chargeable and will be deducted from the security deposit.
Vacating Notice
15 days written notice is required before vacating the hostel.
Clear All Dues
All dues including rent, electricity, WiFi, and damages must be cleared before leaving.
Discipline & Cleanliness
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a peaceful environment at all times.
Save Electricity & Water
Switch off lights, fans, and taps when not in use.
Guest Policy
Guests are allowed only as per hostel policy.
Admission Payment Rule
At the time of admission, the student must pay 1 month refundable security deposit + 1 month running rent. The Rs. 1,000 online booking advance is fully adjustable in the final admission amount after confirmation.
